I always like coming here for once. Well when I went to the bag show, or others for more mood like that, I'll never spent on more concert for more at night. I'm just a storyteller about want to go there. So the jewel music venue, as I come here for once that I had fun. Because my mom's old like that and said don't really want to go there because all kind of Gothic on a pop culture decorations. So I don't have to go there. I'd prefer other venue.

I’m writing this about 3-4 years after this event occurred hence why I’m not putting 1 star as I respect that changes may have been made since my incident. So I was really excited to go and see the artist Bleep Bloop when I was about 19; too young to drink. I was dancing my butt off and having a good time then I needed some water and I went over to the water cooler to get some and there were no cups. The bar was packed and there was no way to get a bartenders attention for water. There was a cup that looked like it had been used that was face down that another concert goer said I should use and proceeded to hand me the plastic cup which I filled with water from the bathroom. As soon as I was walking out of the bathroom a stocky bald fellow on the shorter side grabbed my arm extremely tight and said “what is this?!” (Turned out they were using those cups for beer) I told him there were no water cups and I found this empty one and told him to check the cup and smell my breath. He didn’t believe me which I could tell was just his ego getting in the way of assessing the situation.he was flaring his nostrils and trying to appear threatening towards me. He squeezed my arm very tight and started dragging me aggressively out the door. I’m a small skinny dude and I was fully cooperating and being polite but adamant that there was a mistake, I was trying to walk along with him as well. I’m in a tshirt covered in sweat and it’s bellow freezing outside. I ask if I can at least grab my coat inside and get my rides keys to get in a warm car with him escorting me and he preceded to tell everyone not to let me in. I was outside 40 minutes trying to get people to find my jacket and friends inside for me. I didn’t get to see the headliner and I was aggressed and thrown into the cold with the workers full knowledge I had nowhere to go.. all this for trying to find a cup of water. It was a very disheartening 6 hour ride home. Lets hope that guy doesn’t work there anymore or in the least isn’t a power tripping egomaniac that likes to bully people out of self righteousness instead of stepping back and admitting they might be wrong.

It was a great time and a great place, only thing I can complain about is there was a pretty popular band playing and there was 100 people to be expected and they only had 2 bar tenders, it was terrible, the line for a drink was so stupid. Next time maybe have 3, that’s the smart thing to do!! I’d go again though.

As a Professional Dj its nice to play in a venue with an actual sound man and major sound system. Professional staff that love to see their crowd enjoy themselves. I would party here on my days off, and since I'm in different venues for work that is saying alot.

Well kept and clean establishment. Staff was friendly. Restrooms were clean, which was a huge plus, most clubs have unusually dirty restrooms. On the downside, the VIP ticket holders were let in 90 minutes later than promised (we were supposed to be in for sound check and "drink specials"). We missed almost all of that. There were no "drink specials" (but there was a good selection of beer and spirits). All in all, it was a great night, despite the delays. I would definitely go to another event there. I won't blame the venue for the delays, these things occasionally happen, and the night went on and was enjoyed by myself and my party. The short version: •Excellent, clean, will kept establishment •Unexpected Delays, which I won't hold against the staff (as these things can happen) •Had a great time •Would go back
